Cushman & Wakefield

Boston, MA

EAW worked with Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global private commercial real estate services company, for their office relocation to the third floor of 225 Franklin Street. EAW furnished 50 private offices, 70 workstations, boardroom and meeting rooms as well as the ancillary spaces in their new office.

EAW worked closely with Visnick & Caulfield Associates to develop private office typicals that provide adequate storage and work surface while allowing the staff to personalize their individual work space. Workstation orientation within the space as well as the overall height and use of glass stack kits, takes advantage of natural light streaming into the space while still providing privacy for day to day operations.

Careful furniture selections support Cushman & Wakefield’s overall goal of promoting its culture of collaboration, teamwork and information sharing. Creative space planning adds multiple types of spaces within the office, from private offices to closed door meeting rooms, to workstations and open collaborative meeting areas that hide storage under standing-height file enclosures.
