Kronos Inc, the global leader in providing workforce management solutions in the cloud and one of the largest technology employers in Massachusetts, engaged Environments at Work to help transform it’s massive, new corporate headquarters at Cross Point to accommodate growth and unite employees under one roof.

The workspace project team transformed Lowell’s Cross Point towers from a clean slate to a high-performance workplace for the future. The intent of the new space was to consolidate from multiple locations to one building, but the move also symbolized Kronos’ tremendous growth and demonstrated its commitment to its employees.

Communication, inclusion and employee engagement are paramount to Kronos. Community, collaboration and personal spaces were all thoughtfully designed with consistency in mind. Standard workstation layouts were created and spaces across all floors were repeatable in both layout and finishes for ease of use and familiarity. A sense of community and connectivity was established.
