EAW is proud to be a trusted partner to the University of Massachusetts Lowell, partnering on various projects throughout the years.

Most recently, EAW was chosen to work with the University to create its first Innovation Hub + M2D2 Labs which link the region’s technology startups and entrepreneurs to resources that facilitate the development, manufacturing and commercialization of their respective innovations. The project is located in a renovated mill building and consists of 56 workstations, 12 offices, 6 large multi-purpose rooms and other areas.

EAW also provided all seating for UMASS Lowell’s two suite-style residence halls – the 173,000-square foot University Suites and the 148,000-square-foot Riverview Suites. Together, the state-of-the-art buildings provide housing for nearly 1,000 students.
