Environments at Work partnered with a leading insurance organization to refresh its existing workplace serving approximately 120 employees. The goal was to create a more open, inviting environment with greater flexibility for focused work, collaboration, and connection.

The updated workplace includes a mix of assigned workstations, touchdown stations, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative areas, and single- and double-occupancy phone booths were used.

To open up and transform the existing space, EAW lowered workstation panel heights and incorporated glass stackers to improve sightlines and strengthen visual connections throughout the workplace. New collaboration and breakout areas provide a variety of settings for meetings, focused work, and informal interaction.

Furniture from Haworth, Nucraft, Cumberland, and Keilhauer complements the refreshed design, creating a contemporary workplace that feels open, adaptable, and welcoming.

The result is a refreshed workplace that gives employees greater choice in how and where they work while making a meaningful impact without requiring a complete transformation of the existing space.
