Environments at Work partnered with a global life sciences company, Intec Design, and STV to transform a 1,500-square-foot subspace into a modern and functional workplace. The refresh focused on creating a vibrant, design-forward environment that balances sophistication with collaboration and flexibility.

The layout features 12 open workstations, one private office, and multiple collaboration areas, including a lounge and high-top meeting zone. A standout element is the experience center, anchored by a Scandinavian Spaces Bob Sofa and enhanced with a full LED screen wall—supporting both informal learning and larger team gatherings.

Furniture solutions were carefully curated through a collaborative process with the client and design team. Products from Haworth, the Haworth Collection, Humanscale, Scandinavian Spaces, and AIS were integrated to achieve a cohesive, high-performance space.

The result is a dynamic, engaging workplace that not only reflects the client’s vision but also enhances employee interaction, creativity, and productivity through intentional design and impactful finishes.
