Environments at Work collaborated with Synergy to refresh the lobby and multi-use spaces at 101 Arch Street, creating a sophisticated, hospitality-inspired environment for building tenants.

The project included the 1st floor lobby, 2nd floor training room, and conference lounge, delivering a modern aesthetic that complements the building’s historic Art Deco architecture.

Our team provided end-to-end furniture solutions, project management, and installation, selecting pieces from premier brands such as Sancal, Cappellini, Jamie Stern, Nucraft, Leland, and Andreu World. The design combines style and functionality, offering lounge areas, conference and training spaces, and flexible multi-use zones that enhance tenant experience.

A key focus was coordinating lead times to ensure a smooth installation and timely completion, allowing tenants to fully enjoy the updated spaces. Located in the same building as our showroom, this project gave our team the unique opportunity to see the design in action firsthand. The result is a welcoming, functional environment that balances refined materials, hospitality-inspired design, and everyday usability.
