Environments at Work (EAW) worked with ARC / Architectural Resources Cambridge to provide furnishings for the 187-foot tall temple.  Built on a 50-acre site, the temple is the largest Thai Buddhist temple outside of Thailand. The complex consists of a temple, museum/ library, monk residence halls and a multi-purpose hall located around a central courtyard.

Through a strong collaboration with ARC, EAW provided furnishings for the Thai Master Monk’s (Luong Phor) office, visiting Monks’ spaces, prayer room, staff workstations, conference rooms, and dining area.  Aesthetics within the space were of utmost importance.  Furniture solutions were chosen based on beauty, clean lines, simplicity, and ease of use.  The  products selected met all of these requirements while keeping the project within budget.

The temple serves as a sanctuary for the Thai community as well as a place to host events and provide education to the public about Buddhism and Thai culture.
